Online registration for the tests opens Wednesday 1st April 
Registration Closes Friday 5th June
Date of Test Venue Notification Friday 26th June (around noon)
Special Provision Notification Deadline If your child requires extra time or special support, upload written evidence from the Primary School Head or SENDCo to the portal during the application. The deadline is June 5th. After this, you won’t be able to submit the evidence, and your child may be offered the special provision on a reserve test day. No hard copy submissions are allowed; use a scanner or ask the primary school for help. Contact the Consortium Administration Team if trying to submit after the deadline.

The PE Aptitude Test is for applicants to Queens’ School only.  Owing to the overwhelming response to this test, we stress that only those with exceptional sporting ability and who live within our catchment area (WD3-WD7, WD17-WD19, WD23–WD25, AL2 (South of M25), HA6, HA5 3**, HA5 4**, HA3 6**, HA7 3**, HA7 4**) have a realistic chance of achieving a place through this route.

Children who have a sibling who will be attending Queens’ School at the time of admission need not apply for this test.

Wednesday 9th September 

Timings for your child’s test will be sent directly to you from Queens’ School.  Any queries in this regard must be sent directly to admissions@queens.herts.sch.uk 

First Round Music Scores Notified to Parents Thursday 17th September (around noon)
Start of Second Round Music Tests Monday 21st September to Friday 25th September
Scores Notified to Parents Thursday 15th October (around noon – it will not be at 9.00am)
Secondary Application Deadline Saturday 31st October

DATA PROTECTION NOTICE: The information provided for the purposes of registration for the South West Herts Schools Consortium tests is treated as confidential. It is processed by the Consortium for the purposes of the South West Herts Schools Consortium testing process only and will be kept for a period of 12 months from registration, after which it will be deleted and will not be held centrally by the Consortium. Data held by the Consortium Schools individually will be subject to that school’s Data Protection Policy and Privacy Notices, issued by that School, available on its website and updated from time to time, and in line with current Data Protection laws.
